PostKaro ("we", "us") is a sole proprietorship run by Jayanti Tikkiwal. This policy explains what we collect when you use PostKaro on WhatsApp and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number and the messages you send us.
• Shop details you give us: shop name, city, phone number, and what you sell.
• Photos and text you send to make a poster, and the posters we create for you.
• Basic usage records, such as when a poster was made and what it cost us to make.

How we use it

• To make and send the posters you ask for.
• To remember your shop details so you don't have to repeat them.
• To fix problems, prevent misuse and improve the service.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos or messages for advertising.

Who processes your data

To run the service we use these providers, who handle data only to provide their service to us:

• Meta (WhatsApp) and Gupshup, to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
• OpenAI and Anthropic, to read your messages and photos and to generate the poster.
• Railway, to host our servers, session data and stored images.

How long we keep it

We keep your shop details and posters while you use PostKaro. Temporary conversation data is cleared automatically after a period of inactivity. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or to close your account, by emailing jtikkiwal56@gmail.com from the contact details you used with us. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Children

PostKaro is meant for business owners and is not for children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
